Returns & Exchanges

At Boheme Collective, we want you to love your curated pieces; if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your return quickly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card for the full value of your items to be used on your next Boheme discovery.
